Analyst, Demand Planning
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Analyst, Demand Planning, are to:
- Weekly reporting in support of the broader demand planning team including Bias Alert Improvement Tracking reports, demand sensing variance analysis, etc. ;
- Manage the demand planning database for the purpose of preparing the broader demand planning team for Category Demand Review/Executive Forecast Review meeting with commercial;
- Develop and maintain data integrations between the Amazon Web Services, Snowflake data lake and demand planning systems ;
- Ensure demand planning systems infrastructure stability ;
- Create and maintain exception reports for the broader demand planning team;
- Assist the demand planning team with detailed analysis during Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) transitions and conversions;
- Own the Demand Planning (DP) playbook to ensure process standardization throughout the broader demand planning team;
- Assist order to cash allocation process for stockout items;
- Assist sales and customer logistics with the integration of demand planning data into Trade Promotion Management system;
- Assist Supply Chain Management as needed to ensure master data stability.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business and / or supply chain specialization required ;
- Proven work/internship/co-op experience with forecast methodology ;
- Demonstrated proficiency in forecasting and forecasting methods;
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and systems;
- Skills to contribute to a fact based way in a cross functional team environment where key stakeholders may have different points of view ;
- Sound oral and written communication skills that allow him/her to effectively work with cross functional stakeholders;
- Strong collaboration skills;
- Strong Excel skills including the following areas: pivot tables / graphs, slicers, regression analysis, database management, and related add-ins including think cell, empower;
- Strong experience in data reporting applications such as PowerBi & Tableau;
- Detail oriented, but also able to rationalize the aggregate outputs.
Preferred qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of forecasting experience in the consumer product, consumer health, CPG or OTC industry .
