Location: Minnetonka
Work with Urology Clinical Science Chief of Staff and internal functional leaders to develop organizational measures/metrics/KPIs, including dashboards and other end-user reporting options. Provide expertise on best systems/software/tools for data visualization of clinically-focused metrics including cost/quality/time, trial enrollment, clinical education measures and effectiveness of Clinical Science in driving value to the Urology business.
• Generate and present clear and concise reports with actionable insights to various stakeholders.
• Create data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant platforms. Build dashboards, monthly management status reports, and other visuals. Provide expertise on opportunities for data automation.
• Collaborate with Chief of Staff, internal Clin Sci leaders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and contribute to strategic planning.
• Provide analytical support for business decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with GCO and other divisions to benchmark dashboards, metrics and reports for Clinical Science
• Analyze large datasets using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Interpret data and analyze results, providing ongoing reports and visualizations for decision-making purposes.
• May need to collect, clean, and preprocess raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Monitor and ensure data accuracy and integrity, identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Develop and implement data validation and testing processes if and as appropriate.
• Assist functional leaders with strategies and work tasks as assigned, including assistance with database builds, big data scrubbing and other areas of data needs.
Requirements:
4-5+ years experience in:
o Tableau and/or Spotfire experience
o PowerApps and PowerBI experience
o Sharepoint
o SQL programming
o Relatively self-directed, strong collaboration skills
o Project management experience, including gathering requirements
Preferred/optional:
o Background in medical devices, Clinical research function/data
o RAVE database experience
o R programming
o Strong collaborator
o Enterprise systems – financial, Windchill
