About the Job
Job Description: *In Office: Monday - Thursday/ WFH: Friday
*3 months to start: will be extended as needed

Job Purpose
Primary focus is supporting projects with moderately complex data analyses for individuals and/or department. Works under general supervision and receives detailed instructions for projects and new assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct data analyses, including research using real-world data to measure and value the outcomes of ***'s innovative technologies, which may include claims data analysis, economic evaluation, literature synthesis, etc.
• Effectively summarize research findings, evaluate, interpret, and synthesize data, and present findings to diverse cross functional teams.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively summarize and present findings and collaborate with team members
• Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and business needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Experience working with administrative claims data
• Experience conducting literature syntheses, including systematic literature reviews
• Exposure to statistical analyses
Qualifications
Associate's degree. is a must
Analytical skills
MS Office suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/recent graduate Master's Degree in Public Health or Administration
SAP experience
Tableau
Has presentational skills
Additional Skills
Experience working in a corporate/professional setting
Someone who can work independently
Exposure to Medicare reimbursement and the commercial reimbursement landscape for medical devices
OT: Eligible for 1.40 OT Mark-Up: Yes
