Job Title: Financial Analyst
Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Financial Analyst! In this role, you'll play a vital part in providing financial reporting and analysis support for our integrated services business. We're a thriving business, encompassing Title and Escrow operating companies with over $350M in Net Revenue, alongside various joint ventures in different business lines.
As a Financial Analyst, you'll dive into specific operating companies and emerging business initiatives, contributing to monthly closing processes, quarterly and annual forecasting, planning, earnings releases, and business reviews. You'll collaborate closely with our Senior Director of Finance within the AIS Finance Business Partner organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports, conduct monthly performance analyses, and assist with ad-hoc modeling and reviews.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis peers to enhance monthly close processes and identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Contribute to quarterly forecasting and annual operating plan processes alongside Financial Planning and Analysis peers.
- Lead the development of reporting and analytics on key performance indicators and business drivers, including trend analyses.
- Provide valuable support to AIS Presidents and Finance leaders for specific business initiatives, presentations, or analyses.
- Develop decision modeling and competitive intelligence in market share and fee structures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful conclusions from financial and operational data.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying key findings clearly and succinctly to Business and Finance management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with strong organization skills to handle day-to-day responsibilities and ad-hoc assignments.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong computer skills are essential.
