Title: Analyst Administrator (Excel, Project Controls)
Tuesday and Wednesday in Office – Kansas City (preference) also open to Topeka and Wichita
Training – Kansas City
Contract – 6 Months and potentially can role full-time.W2 hourly rate upto 45$
Looking for someone heavy with Data Entry (Excel)
• Data request research and Excel workbooks -vLookups, formulas, pivot tables, Charts, Graphs
• Administrator of 3 systems input
• Manage end users, assign passwords, systems administrator
• Executive Dashboard reporting on a monthly basis (19 tabs) and graphs and charts need to be linked into a PowerPoint presentation
• Looking at and read Test Cases – Look in Excel and follow multiple steps
• Work with record retention
Skill Set
• Harvest data out of systems
• Be able to identify variances in multiple reports
• Analyze root causes in variances in data
• This person will have access to the customer data so this person needs to understand confidentiality
• Software Administration experience – Manage end user profiles.
• Project Controls background preferred but will also take someone in Excel.
• A lot of complex data so this person will have to have extensive experience in Data
• Maintain relationships
• Self-starter, strong attention to detail, There is zero time for extensive training. (Project Controls, heavy Excel)
Salary
34 - 45 /hour
