Job Title: Sr. Project Manager (Power BI Dashboards) / Hybrid Work
Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 24 months
Location: Fort Washington, PA
Hybrid work: 2-3 days/week onsite from Fort Washington, PA OR Malvern, PA

Job Description
Operations Lead (temporary assignment)
This job description is relevant to the contract Operations Lead role for the Primary Container and Device (PC and D) group within Research and Development.
The Operations Lead shall oversee and coordinate the activities of the PCD Operations team in supporting the PC and D team for project planning, financial reporting, and contract management.
The Operations Manager include ensure performance metrics are met for the group, providing presentation and readouts on the PC and D performance as was as facilitate PC and D operational updates to other stakeholders within Research and Development.
Working with functional leaders within Primary Container and Device, generate presentations and report on financial and headcount forecast and actuals to Primary Container and Device leadership team.
Anticipates, analyzes, coordinates, and supports the information needs of department leaders. Contact with business specialists, information providers and department executives is required.
Coordinate financial and headcount updates to be provided to finance and project management office
Oversee the timely submissions of purchase order requests for PC and D North America
Develop and maintain performance metric dashboards for the PC and D organization
Coordinate the development of the various long-range forecasts
Oversee and report out the PC and D's capital budget
Conduct periodic meeting relaying information to functional leaders within PC and D detailing various performance metrics
Partners with internal stakeholders to improve existing processes and activities.
Other task as assigned by supervisor
Coordinate the development of various long-range forecasts; develop and execute department's capital, functional, and TA-funded budget(s).
Oversee PO and contract management team to support larger, cross functional, and/or complex situations where experience and expertise is required.
Execute portfolio budget setting, management, controls, and reporting activities.
Develop, deploy, and manage headcount and contractor reporting.
Required Qualifications
BS/BA in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or other similar degree
Experience in creating dashboards and presentation for management
3+ years' experience leading small teams
Knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint
