Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in New Brunswick, NJ is currently looking for a Facilities Manager I to join their expanding team.
Job Title: Facilities Manager I / Risks & Compliance / Hybrid Work
Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 24 months
Location: New Brunswick, NJ
Hybrid Work: 1-2 days onsite, 3-4 days remote

Job Description:
Manager, FM Risks & Compliance
Supports in conducting global, cross-functional risk assessments to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Support annual NSC tiering analysis
Responsible for creating ARC Dashboard for sites in scope across Company
Support the Fire Risk Committee in tracking submissions for review, quarterly reporting
Provide program management support and serve as a subject matter expert for facility risk management
Work collaboratively with enabling partners, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders in developing overarching facilities risk management strategies and associated policies and processes.
Responsible for defining and implementing procedures for the day-to-day operational and administrative management of data including the intake, storage, processing, and transmission of data to internal and external systems (ie FM My Risk, EHS,)
Use tools like Powerpoint, Excel, PowerBI or Tableau to analyze internal and external data.
Perform data analysis and trending related to all existing risk and quality programs, support development of presentations for all levels of leadership on a quarterly basis
Ability to interpret data and identify root cause analysis and recommend mitigations based on risk identified
Conducting business impact and risk analysis, integrating multiple data sources for risk analysis
Risk Data Strategy implementation support user requirements, UAT, deployment
Supports risk reporting capabilities to ensure cross-functional stakeholders are proactively informed of critical risks to our facilities and develops a comprehensive quarterly risk report. Manage quarterly risk data upload into the data hub
Develops key risk Indicators and reporting dashboards for monitoring Facilities risk program effectiveness
