Analyst 2- Carflow
Complete Description:
Maintain Nissan National and Regional Carflows to ensure accurate and timely reports. Record sales, wholesale, production, and shipping results from established sources and cross functional teams. Audit and review for accuracy and omissions prior to monthly publication.Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.
1.Interface with Nissan CMM (Chief Marketing Manager) teams and Sales Ops to generate accurate forecasts as well as supporting these functions with Carflow scenarios and various reports to help develop forecasts.
2.Support Nissan Management teams by collaborating and recommending optimal Carflow performance.
3.Communicate with appropriate teams (Regional Production Planning and NML) to submit production volume requests, and ensure the requests align with Carflow and CMM direction.
4.Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and production volume requests to NML.
5.Aid Director, Vehicle Ops, with various Carflow related report generation on an ad-hoc basis.
6.Coordinate with CMM, Sales Ops, Distribution, and Finance to prepare and submit Executive level reports on a consistent basis.
7.Must possess ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, extreme dynamic environment delivering results to Executives
8.As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.
Minimum Qualifications
The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.
1.Experience:
A minimum of three to five years of related experience at a professional level required. Previous experience in various specialties of the automotive industry is strongly preferred.
2.Education:
A Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university
3.Computer Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including working knowledge of pivot tables, charts, VBA, and SQL query, working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and other PC applications.
Travel: Infrequent day and overnight travel required.
