We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Amazon Account Manager to join our team. This role is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional service and driving growth within our Amazon marketplace. You will be responsible for managing and growing our Amazon business, ensuring we meet our sales targets, and optimizing our product listings to improve visibility and conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage our Amazon seller account, ensuring all aspects are optimized for sales, including product listings, descriptions, images, reviews, and keyword strategies.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet sales demand while minimizing storage fees and aged inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory analysis, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to maximize sales and profitability.
- Create, manage, and oversee the budget for our Amazon account, ensuring we are maximizing ROI and meeting our financial targets.
- Implement process improvements, identifying opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with our manufacturing team to ensure we are delivering high-quality products that meet Amazon's standards and our customer's expectations.
- Manage and resolve any Amazon-related issues, including account health issues, policy violations, and customer complaints.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends, and adapt our strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing an Amazon seller account, with a proven track record of driving growth and improving account health.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's marketplace, including product listing optimization, keyword strategies, and Amazon's algorithms.
- Experience with inventory management and analysis, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in manufacturing, with a strong understanding of quality control processes.
- Excellent budget management skills, with the ability to manage and oversee a large budget.
- Strong process improvement skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
