AM Restaurant Server Full-time Year Round - The Sebastian Vail

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated AM Restaurant Server to join our dynamic team. As a server, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing top-notch service to our guests while ensuring they have an unforgettable dining experience. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverages
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are confirmed with guests
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the meal
- Monitor and anticipate guests' needs, making recommendations and providing assistance as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring the work environment is safe and pleasant for guests and staff
- Handle cash and credit transactions, processing payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service
- Address guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Uphold the restaurant's standards for quality, cleanliness, and service at all times

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a server in a busy restaurant or food service environment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the dining experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items and a passion for the hospitality industry
- Must be available to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Valid food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain)
