About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AM/Lunch Restaurant Manager to oversee our breakfast, lunch, and cafe operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, team development, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations of breakfast, lunch, and cafe services, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to brand standards.
Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality, presentation, and timeliness.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu consistency and quality control.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to achieve financial goals.
Guest Experience:
Uphold a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all guests.
Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Develop initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and motivate the AM restaurant and cafe staff to deliver exceptional service.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Schedule staff effectively to ensure optimal coverage during peak periods.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Enforce policies and procedures aligned with Hilton and local regulations.
Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness and operational standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Food & Beverage Director and other department managers to align goals and strategies.
Participate in planning and executing special events and promotions.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining environment.
Strong knowledge of breakfast and lunch operations, as well as cafe-style service.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
Availability to work early mornings, weekends, some evenings and holidays as needed.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
