The Tom Wohrley Allstate Agency is seeking top producers to join our team! Our well established, growing, local Allstate agency is seeking Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Representatives who are ready to launch their sales career to the next level.

As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to both new and existing customers. Helping individuals and families secure their tomorrows and protect them from the unexpected is our mission.

Candidates must work an initial training period full time in our agency location. Once a certain sales threshold is met, employees are able to move to a hybrid or fully remote work schedule.
We are seeking candidates who have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Total Compensation Package: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year, which includes base pay + bonus + commissions. A $2,000 licensing bonus will be offered after 90 days of employment for hired candidates who have a valid P&C license prior to starting employment.
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Requirements
- Currently have a CO Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*
- Have knowledge of a commissioned sales role, and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies
- Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Career minded vision.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Be willing to and able to commute and work full time at our Parker, CO office *REQUIRED*
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
