Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and budgetary requirements for their all-inclusive resort vacation.
- Destination and Resort Knowledge: Stay updated on a wide range of all-inclusive resorts, including their locations, accommodations, dining options, activities, and amenities.
- Package Customization: Utilize your expertise to tailor vacation packages that meet the specific needs and preferences of each client, including accommodations, dining, activities, and special requests.
- Booking and Reservations: Manage the booking process efficiently, including securing accommodations, flights, transfers, spa treatments, excursions, and any additional services requested by clients.
- Promotions and Offers: Stay informed about special promotions, discounts, and package deals offered by all-inclusive resorts to provide clients with the best value for their vacation.
- Revenue Generation: Promote special offers, upsell additional services, and effectively closing sales opportunities.
- Documentation and Administration: Ensure all booking documentation is accurately completed and provided to clients in a timely manner, including itineraries, confirmations, vouchers, and travel documents.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals, as well as with resort representatives to enhance collaboration and service delivery.
