About the Role:

As an Alignment Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

• Performing safe and accurate alignments on customers’ vehicles.
• Identifying and reporting faulty parts or wear issues to your supervisor.
• Handling all aspects of tire mounting, balancing, and dismounting.
• Driving vehicles onto alignment machines and ensuring they are securely placed.
• Demonstrating excellent customer service and teamwork.

Note: You’ll also perform tasks typically handled by Tire Technicians as part of your responsibilities.

Key Qualifications:

• Prior knowledge of tire-related tools and equipment is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift at least 45 pounds and perform repetitive movements.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing Daily:

• Aligning vehicles according to company specifications.
• Securing vehicles safely to lifts and alignment machines.
• Balancing and mounting tires with care.
• Keeping accurate records and assisting with inventory control.
• Reporting safety concerns, accidents, or incidents promptly.

Bonus Tasks: You’ll also help with general housekeeping and may take on additional challenges as needed.
