AIT- Administrator in Training - Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center of Daytona

We are seeking an Administrator in Training (AIT) isa intern training position that meets the requirements for an Administrator in Training program. As an AIT, you will complete training by working with our Administrator Preceptor. 

 
Administrator in Training (AIT)Responsibilities: 

• Spend time training in all of the essential functions of a Skilled Nursing community as required for completion of the AIT program, day shift only 

• Working with the Preceptor to ensure compliance with all rules, laws, regulations, policies and procedures within the community 

• Ensures a high degree of resident and team satisfaction at the community 

• Additional duties as assigned 

 
Administrator in Training (AIT)Qualifications: 

• Must live in South Florida 

• Have a college degree in Health & Human Services or Healthcare Administration 

• Exceptional problem solving and time management skills 

• The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position
