Innova is immediately hiring for Airlines MRO Facilities Customer Service specialist

Position Type: Full time contract

Duration: 12 months

Location: Wichita,KS

Schedule: 7a -3:30p (M-F)

As an Airlines MRO Facilities Customer Service specialist you will be:

• Providing customer logistics support for Airlines parts
• Perform duties related to overall customer service and account management: logistics, contract management, and customer relations.
• Process customer repair orders and quotes
• Use (SAP) to input or extract repair/material data.
• Effectively manage a large amount of written communication and data while complying with internal and external process.
• Redirect queries to appropriate department or personnel.
• Coordinate and create documentation of receipt and repair of equipment necessary to comply with federal policies and current procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Repair orders & contracts
• In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range : $18.00 to $21.00 per hour

**Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
