JOB TITLE: Aircraft Structural Mechanic II
LOCATION: Tulsa, OK
PAY RATE: $25.65/hour

Job Details:
Contract Length: 12 months (opportunity for extension)

Summary:
Performing various structural assembly operations, including sheetmetal fabrication, riveting, and fitting parts to aircraft according to design specifications.
The technician ensures high-quality, defect-free assembly while following safety protocols and maintaining accurate records.
Required Skills:
High School Diploma or GED.
2 years of related structural assembly experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and operation sheets.
Basic computer skills and shop math.
Ability to use hand and power tools (e.g., riveting guns, pneumatic drills).
Familiarity with composite resins and materials.
Good attention to detail and safety practices.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.
Must be able to work any shift.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Solumina and Smarteam.
Ability to make repairs per Discrepant Material Tags (DMT) and Material Review Requests (MRR).
Experience in Lean activities and 5S program.
