The client we are working with has a very large and modern general aviation fleet in Palo Alto, California and they support both their own aircraft and the larger aviation community servicing everything from training aircraft to warbirds, and they are an authorized Cessna and Beechcraft Service Center. Job Description: Experienced Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic (A&P Certified) who is:

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair general aviation aircraft from a wide range of manufacturers including Cessna, Beechcraft, Cirrus, Diamond, Piper, American Champion and others.
- Perform all work with a commitment to quality and high standards of excellence.
- Interact regularly with airplane owners and customers as a senior member of the team.
- Ensure proper record keeping in compliance with FAA regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (REQUIRED) and Inspection Authorization Certificates (Preferred)
- Familiarity with Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations as it relates to aircraft maintenance.
- Adherence to all safety and industry standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop employees’ skills and abilities.
- EBIS software knowledge desirable.
- High School diploma (or GED), or greater.
- Able to perform moderate to heavy aircraft maintenance tasks including lifting 50 lbs, bending, reaching and stooping; desk and computer work; able to work in an outdoor environment and large maintenance hangar; able to tolerate moderate to occasionally loud noise from aircraft starting, running up and idling.
