We are the leader in Corporate Jet management, maintenance, and overhauls, looking for an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team. This is a high profile position with excellent opportunity to grow and advance as a leader in our great company!

You will oversee our Mobile Repair Team for AOG Nationally and Internationally.

What You Will Be Doing

Our Maintenance Supervisor will hire, train, and manage a strong team of A&P Licensed Technicians, as well as, be the point person with clients and vendors. You will work with Quality Inspectors to define and execute scope of work, schedule work for efficient delivery, and supervise all daily activities to keep operations on track and on budget.

What You Need for this Position

• 3+ years as Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor or Team Lead
• Mobile Repair or AOG experience
• Airframe Powerplant License
• Corporate Aviation experience; Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault, etc...
• Demonstrated history of managing and developing at team of A&P Technicians
• ability to manage scheduling and complete paperwork per FAA guidelines
