What We're Looking For:
- A&P License (Required)
- Part 135 experience (Required)
- Maintenance Technician and/or Maintenance Controller experience, 10+ years is preferred
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities (verbal and written) at all levels, delivered with professionalism.
- High level of detail and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments and handle frequently changing priorities.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Oversee aircraft maintenance, including repairs, modifications, quotes, scheduling, pre-ordering of parts, and more.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans for assigned aircraft, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Build and manage maintenance vendor relationships, fostering a high level of accountability.Drive cost control on assigned aircraft, including budgeting, parts inventory, programs, and subscriptions for financial efficiency.Collaborate closely with the Aircraft Resource Manager (ARM), Aircraft Owner, and internal departments to coordinate and schedule maintenance activities efficiently.
- Provide on-site support for all owner departures, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including inspection reports, maintenance logs, and parts inventories.
- Lead monthly calls to vet owner statements, partnering with the accounting team, ARMs, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth process.Manage Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution and return to service.Ensure accurate and timely invoicing by working closely with the accounting team.
