What You'll Do

• Develop Training Excellence: Deliver comprehensive training in troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of compressed air systems, including rotary screw compressors, air dryers, and controls.
• Innovate for Tomorrow: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs with cutting-edge business goals and market needs.
• Mentor and Lead: Guide the next wave of technicians and help them achieve success, both in their careers and for the businesses they support.
• Measure Success: Track and report on training metrics, such as certification completions, time-to-billable status, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement.

• Passion for Training: A drive to inspire and develop others.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of compressed air systems and a desire to share your insights.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate individuals and teams.
