Microsoft's Proposal Center of Excellence (PCoE) is looking for an AI Proposal Acceleration Lead to head up our AI Proposal Acceleration Strategy, Content Management team, and serve as a PCoE Leadership Team member. This role will be the cornerstone of PCoE's vision to extend proposal acceleration tools to a global sales audience.

**Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with PCoE leadership team to refine, innovate, and evolve overall AI and proposal acceleration strategy
+ Lead communication strategy to scale AI proposal acceleration tool adoption throughout Microsoft
+ Mentor Content Management team lead and team of Content Manager contractors and AI enabled proposal professionals, tasked with content integrity
+ Develop and maintain critical relationships with SME groups within Microsoft, serving as a liaison and advocate for scale resources, integrity and excellence
+ Evangelize the Proposal Center of Excellence, specific to the value related to proposal scale resources
+ Evaluate and continually innovate PCoE's content strategy and proposal acceleration tools for global audience
+ Work directly with our scale resource suppliers to communicate and execute Microsoft enhancement requests and customizations
+ Responsible for reporting on scale resource metrics, including Proposal Resource Library (Responsive), AI proposal acceleration program quarterly, yearly, and ad-hoc
+ Demonstrate the value of Reusable IP and its significance and criticality within PCoE
+ Participate in special projects to grow and enhance the overall service offering of the Proposal Center of Excellence
+ Create, maintain, and continually review related program Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
+ OR equivalent experience
+ 6+ years of experience in the proposal industry
**Additional/Preferred Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of experience in content management, including administration of complex content management systems
+ AI-forward innovation mindset
+ Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (including Copilot), SharePoint, and Teams collaboration
+ Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams and leadership on content strategy, creation, and distribution
+ Ability to clearly articulate the business goal behind the creation of a piece or series of content, compellingly communicate a brand's story, and envision how content will be presented to customers
+ Project management, data interpretation, and writing skills
+ Deep working knowledge of Responsive.io platform with experience as an administrator
+ Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Certified Foundation (CF) APMP CF certification
+ Persistently tenacious in follow-ups, being resourceful and operating despite ambiguity
Business Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $142,200 - $213,200 per year.
