About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our client's team in Rocky Hill, CT. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience working in AI/ML environments, with a strong background in SQL and ETL processes. As part of the team, you will be responsible for testing AI models, validating data, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of AI/ML frameworks. You will work closely with other technical teams to ensure that data pipelines, model performance, and system integrations are optimized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate and test machine learning models to ensure their accuracy, performance, and reliability.
- Work closely with data engineering teams to validate data quality, ensuring that the datasets are well-prepared for AI/ML model training.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases. Ensure that data used in models is clean, structured, and aligned with project requirements.
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines for data integration and transformation to support AI/ML workflows.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to understand project requirements and deliver the right solutions.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing the AI framework already in place, ensuring model integration and performance optimization.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas of improvement in data pipelines and AI/ML processes to optimize model performance and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, testing, and data engineering.
- Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and validation.
- Experience working with ETL tools and processes for data transformation and integration.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, frameworks, and testing methodologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with data visualization tools(Power BI)
