Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Work closely with H+H and external stakeholders to build and launch AI-enabled solutions
Proactively identify, catalog and prioritize business problems that can be solved through workflow automation and/or AI
Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap for AI/ML product solutions
Be the translator between business and technical teams on the problems that we are trying to solve and how we are solving them using AI/ML models
Own stakeholder communication and expectation management around roadmap and delivery timelines for your products
Provide regular updates on the progress of committed initiatives to business and DnA leadership
Develop and monitor metrics to continuously evaluate performance of launched products
Leverage data to make decisions on how to iterate on products
Ideal candidate should have:
At least 7 years of technical product management experience building products in the healthcare space
Experience leveraging AI and ML models (such as NLP, NER, GenAI, LLMs) to automate workflows
Experience with AI and ML based product development from concept to launch, ideally in a healthcare environment
Successfully partnered with internal and external teams to build and launch products
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with medical coding software and/or experience working on payor-facing solutions such as utilization management and case management systems is a plus
A Bachelor's degree and a product management certification (or equivalent experience)
Preferred: Hands on experience with Palantir Foundry + AiP, and Snowflake Data Platform
Minimum Qualifications:
Under direction of First Senior Vice President, Finance or the Executive Director or their designees, directs and designs the development, maintenance and operation of computer based information systems and data processing applications to meet the objectives and requirements of the Corporation through providing reports, information, documentation and statistical data to facilitate the decision making process, planning, control, audit and review of Corporation plans and objectives.
General Tasks and Responsibilities Will Include:
" Evaluates the feasibility of E.D.P. systems development and operating costs relative to benefits and objectives of the Corporation. Approves systems design.
" Participates with technical, professional and managerial personnel in the analysis of proposed projects and programs and approves project requests from user departments and hospitals within the Corporation.
" Approves selection of computer, communications and peripheral equipment to meet
" program design and applications of projected requirements and workloads based on cost considerations, performance specifications, demonstration of performance, vendor support, care of operations, maintenance and all technical factors.
" Approves programming language to be used and standards for the use of specific compilers, assemblers, communications, processors and other equipment.
" Approves and establishes programs for development and implementation of operating systems to enable the Corporation's computer and related equipment to operate most efficiently.
" Develops, establishes, maintains and controls appropriate levels of equipment and personnel consistent with the total Corporation's needs through integrating existing and emerging E.D.P. systems and applications into optimum management information systems and programs.
" Forecasts and plans the growth of the department, developing the necessary personnel services and equipment budget.
" Reviews the process of major information systems projects and data processing operations, corrects deficiencies in project fulfillment, slippages in schedules, cost overruns and operational inefficiencies.
" Organizes the department to respond promptly to needs of other departments and maintains flexibility of operations.
" Establishes and develops liaison with senior corporate management, user departments, hospitals, consultants and contractors engaged by the Corporation with regard to the services of the department.
" Directs planning, scheduling and budgeting of approved projects within the department to meet requirements of implementation within time and cost estimates.
" Selects personnel, recommends appointments, personnel changes and placements.
" Evaluates personnel performance, makes recommendations regarding placement, salary changes, reclassifications, transfers, promotions, releases and disciplinary action where appropriate in the implementation of the Corporation's Personnel Rules and Regulations.
" Directs the development of technical and professional education programs for departments to ensure that proper levels of professional and technical proficiency is maintained.
" Assesses level of departmental employees' morale, establishes work performance standards, resolves employees' complaints and grievances, provides leadership to attain effective productivity levels, and initiates actions and recommendations to accomplish Department's objectives.
Educational Level:
" A Baccalaureate Degree with a major in Mathematics, Engineering, Business
Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines; and,
" A minimum of *eight years' experience in the field of data processing and computer systems and applications; and,
" At least three years' experience in a managerial position as head of an E.D.P. or Information Systems Department, Manager of Systems Analysis or Development, or Manager of Programming; and,
" Strong technical knowledge of computer systems capabilities, administrative and
financial E.D.P. systems and applications and computer usage in the health care field; or,
" An equivalent combination of education, training and experience indicating the ability to perform satisfactorily.

" A Baccalaureate Degree with a major in Mathematics, Engineering, Business
Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines; and,
" A minimum of *eight years' experience in the field of data processing and computer systems and applications; and,
