In this role, you’ll be pivotal in enhancing algorithmic performance, forecasting market trends, and crafting innovative trading strategies. Deep learning expertise and hands-on experience with trading algorithms are essential to driving innovation in our financial solutions.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $200,000 to $260,000, plus performance-based incentives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Algorithmic Development: Design and implement deep learning algorithms for robust financial data analysis.

• Modeling and Forecasting: Develop predictive models using AI techniques to forecast market trends and asset prices.

• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, utilizing statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.

• Risk Management: Assess and manage financial risks through the development of quantitative models and risk management strategies.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into trading strategies.

• Research and Development: Stay updated on AI and deep learning advancements to enhance existing models and propose innovative solutions.

• Programming: Proficiently code in Python, R, or MATLAB to implement and test quantitative models.

• Advanced Backtesting: Develop sophisticated backtesting models, prioritize recent data, and allow dynamic adjustments based on market conditions, enabling granular historical performance analysis with manual assignment of weights.

• Real-time Parameter Adaptation: Utilize AI techniques to create adaptive algorithms, dynamically adjusting key parameters in real-time for diverse trading environments.

• Impact Analysis on Market Sentiment: Implement NLP techniques for sentiment analysis and integrate insights into algorithmic strategies based on market sentiment.

• Market Behaviour Identification: Use data analysis and machine learning to proactively identify and navigate market anomalies.

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Expertise in Complex Algorithm Design: Proven ability to design and implement intricate deep learning algorithms for comprehensive financial data analysis, showcasing expertise in creating innovative solutions.

• AI Integration and Deployment: Expertise in leveraging AI services and deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms, particularly within AWS environments.

• AI-Driven Fundamental Analysis: Skilled in utilizing AI tools to perform fundamental analysis, extracting actionable insights from market news and integrating them into trading strategies to effectively capture volatility or mitigate risk.

• Collaborative Team Player: Strong collaborative skills with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of AI models into trading strategies for optimal performance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

• Master's or Ph.D. in quantitative finance, financial engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• Atleast 2 years of Proven experience applying deep learning techniques and trading algorithms to financial markets.

• Proficiency in Python, R, or MATLAB and familiarity with machine learning frameworks.

• In-depth understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management principles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
