Position Levels and Responsibilities

Entry-Level AI Data Center Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of data center hardware.

• Monitor and report on data center performance and system health using monitoring tools.

• Perform routine server and storage maintenance under guidance.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and data security standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of server hardware, networking, and cloud infrastructure.

• Familiarity with Linux and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Mid-Level AI Data Center Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and redundant data center architectures.

• Optimize system performance and provide solutions for capacity planning.

• Conduct troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex system issues.

• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to support computational workflows and optimize data pipelines.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure roles.

• Proficiency in server virtualization, storage solutions, and networking technologies.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Expertise in scripting/automation tools and processes.

Senior AI Data Center Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of next-generation data center infrastructure for AI workloads.

• Architect solutions to support large-scale AI training and inference operations.

• Develop and enforce data security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.

• Mentor junior engineers and act as a subject matter expert in high-performance computing environments.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in data center or IT operations, with a focus on AI infrastructure.

• Advanced knowledge of GPU acceleration, high-performance computing, and large-scale data storage.

• Expertise in Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration tools.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
