About the Job
- Evangelize, develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the AI compute portfolio, identify market opportunities and define product requirements to address customer needs and business goals
- Play a pivotal role in shaping our AI strategies and ensuring their successful execution.
- Engage with key customers and partners to gather feedback, understand difficulties, and incorporate insights into the product development process for AI Infrastructure.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, ISV, and services, to integrate and deliver comprehensive AI solutions
- Participate in major industry events, partner events, conference, spokesperson/visionary to lead strategy and technology conversations at the highest levels in the industry, with customers (C-Suite) as well as Client Executive Leadership Team
- Work closely and influence Product Management, Sales, Operations, Partners, Product Marketing, Customer support, and Engineering teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent and 12 years of related experience, or Master's degree and 8 years of related experience, or PhD + 5 years of related experience
- Strategic thinker with a passion for AI and technology infrastructure
- Possess a deep understanding of AI technologies and have a consistent track record of driving product development and market success
- Thrive in dynamic environments and excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive AI solutions
- Exceptional communication skills and analytical mindset allow you to effectively prioritize business and product requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Experience in product management, particularly in the technology, data center, or AI compute sectors
- Solid understanding of AI technologies, hardware, software, ISV, and services integration
- Familiarity with compute products and solutions is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate sophisticated technical concepts to a variety of audiences both internal and external
- Willingness to travel as needed to support product launches, sales engagements, and industry events
- Experience working with sales and partner organizations to drive business growth
- Ability to handle a diverse set of activities daily and adaptable to constantly evolving priorities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
