Agronomy Operations Specialist responsibilites:
- Safely operate and maintain a variety of equipment and automated systems.
- Support product handling while managing high-value inventory with precision.
- Perform facility and equipment maintenance to ensure reliability.
- Adhere to and enforce all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve department goals.
Agronomy Operations Specialist Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a CDL (training and support provided).
- Willingness to obtain an applicator or chemical handler’s license.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate equipment effectively.
- Eagerness to learn about crop inputs, chemical applications, and emerging technologies.
- Basic math skills with strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Acceptable driving record.
Agronomy Operations Specialist Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit, stand, climb, crawl, and reach as job duties require.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
