Your mission

• Develop and to implement our communication strategies
• Coordinate and to realize marketing activities offline/online
• Coordinate marketing materials with the marketing team in Germany
• Organize website needs and feedback to the team in Germany
• Plan, organize and perform our presence at trade shows and similar events
• Compose editorial reports
• Perform emailing campaigns and customer surveys
• Communicate with and control external service providers
• Manage marketing budget and help sales staff meet and manage marketing yearly goals
• Document and post our presence at industry meetings on social media platforms
• Facilitate our Minitube USA Intranet webpage for our US colleagues and global team members to interact with up-to-date information

Your profile

• Ability to quickly understand technical / medical topics and requirements of the modern agriculture
• Creative strategies, precise implementation
• Talent to organize
• Ability to write lively, easy to understand reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Skills in operating Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Experience with photography of products

what makes us special

Office Location: 
Verona, WI, home office and remote travel are possible but dependent on the individual after training.

Travel: 
Occasional travel is possible.  Expense reimbursement and company supplied vehicle as necessary for travel.

Full-time position: 
40 hours per week, flexible as needed in a sales position. Office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 to 4:30, Weekend hours as needed.  

Salary range: 
Competitive salary based on education and experience. Salary range of $23-30 per hour, non-exempt position.
