Compensation:

• Competitive KBA survey-based salary + up to 30% bonus

Requirements:

• Evidence of education and learning, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 12 years' experience in actual commercial and farm lending, agricultural and commercial, C & I lending preferred
• Other progressive advancements in banking career evidence helpful
• Business development activity
• Desire to commit to the community helpful
• Evidence of agricultural knowledge desired
