Pay Rate: $80-115/hour on ***.
******Preference is local candidates. There is a need for them to be onsite at least a couple times per month. At least twice per month.******
Travel is on as needed basis. If resource needs to attend a site visit, expectation is they do.
This resource should have Network Infrastructure(network Devices, Microwave, Common Facility) background. The second resource will NOT work in Data Center or Cloud so we do not want to see candidates with heavy experience in those areas.
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:
Client will only provide a laptop. For any instance a PPE will be required, client will provide the PPE. The other equipment: Monitor, Cell Phone, keyboard, etc. will need to be provided by their supplier or on their own . They will need a cell phone or telephone that can be used to communicate.

Experience managing IT Infrastructure related programs, We do not have application projects or programs.
This resource should have Network Infrastructure(network Devices, Microwave, Common Facility) background.
Position Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Programs supporting projects within the IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services Portfolio. Their role is to ensure that our team meet the client s expectations by delivering Project on time, within budget, in scope, and with high quality.
Ensures projects are operating effectively. Responsibilities typically include some or most of the following in support of Program Management to ensure attainment of program metrics/objectives.
" Full understanding of Program, Product, and Project Management activities both in Waterfall and Agile.
" Full understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
" Ability to develop templates, roadmap, reports, metrics, necessary documents
" Measuring and reporting on success of the program
" Identifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic programs and partners
" Communicates and champions the infrastructure requirements necessary to execute the IT portfolio.
" Ensures compliance to Standards/regulations and governance processes.
" Highly collaborative, able to work cross-functionally; possessing the ability to forge relationships and partner effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
" Provides IT services that include planning, development, implementation, and support for systems solutions required for the *** Network Infrastructure Devices, Fiber and Undergrounding, Data Center Infrastructure Technologies
" Utilizes various tools and techniques for estimating costs associated with a project/program including physical, financial, and human capital costs.
" Leads the effort in creative approaches to problem solving and quality deliverables supporting business needs.
" Accountable for negotiating conflicts and ensuring identified issues are resolved.
" Provides leadership and motivation to team members.
" Establish comprehensive service level agreements.
" Ensures that the project/program outcome reflects the goals of the organization/business.
" Ensures timely and effective communication regarding the mapping of initiatives to business goals to business partners, including presenting information to IT and business leaders outlining portfolio specifics.
" Acts as a liaison and conduit for information flow between the department team and the rest of the IT and business community, as well as with appropriate external stakeholders; manages the efficient and effective resolution of issues.
" Monitors program results against technical specifications.
" Ensures appropriate resources are assigned to each project/program.
" Develops and manage to a set of meaningful metrics to demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of the team on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
" Ensures compliance to standards/regulations and governance processes.
" Develops and manages department budgets, regularly monitoring expenses against forecast, providing explanation or justification for budget items and/or variances.
" Communicates project status to all stakeholders.
" Monitors, evaluates status, and reports on projects.
" Communicates (oral and written) with peers inside and outside of the department, providing information or exchanging data.
Qualifications
Minimum:
" Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.
" Job-related experience, 8 years.
" SAFe RTE, Scrum Master, or PMI PMP Certification.
Desired:
" Master s Degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience.
" 4 years or more implementing Infrastructure projects.
