ONLY SUBMIT CANDIDATE CURRENTLY LOCAL TO BAY AREA/WORK LOCATION. ASSIGNMENT IS HYBRID; 85% REMOTE AND 15% TRAVEL TO VISIT FACILITIES AT SAN JOSE CINNABAR AND EDENVALE YARDS TO ATTEND MONTHLY MEETINGS.
PG&E LAPTOP WILL BE ISSUED. ANY ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO BE PROVIDED BY RESPECTIVE SUPPLIER. PRE-DETERMINED AMOUNT FOR INTERNET AND CELL CAN BE SUBMITTED FOR REIMBURSEMENT WITH MANAGER PRIOR APPROVAL. MILEAGE APPROVED FOR REIMBURSEMENT.

Position Summary
Business Analyst will have the following tasks and roles below:
" Up to 15% travel required to attend monthly meetings and meetings at San Jose Cinnabar and Edenvale.
" Own TIP documentation and track progress including Catchback plans as needed.
" Update TIPs and CIIMS regularly.
" TIP and A3 in CIIMS with updated assumptions, findings, and financial analysis.
" Conduct financial analysis and draft work papers required for 2027 GRC.
" Coordinate with Gas and Electric stakeholders on operational efficiencies based on inventory visibility. Quantify benefits and report out monthly.
" Coordinate with vendors, Sourcing and Law to revise Terms and Conditions to execute PO.
" Coordinate the creation of PR and PO.
" Confirm Goods Receipt.
" Track project spending, monthly financials, POs, and timing of material delivery.
" Attend financials meetings and report out on budget forecast, realized savings, actual costs monthly.
" Prepare leadership presentation material and accompanying analysis.
" Prepare process maps to document new processes or to update existing processes.
" Participate in weekly Visual Stream Mapping meeting to provide progress updates.
" Draft 5MM tailboards, email updates and publication of various documents.
" Attend various meetings with SMEs, LOB engineers and other internal stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, project management or other related
fields, and or equivalent work experience
Desired Qualifications
Working knowledge of CC&B, FAS, MIB, SAP and OIS
Demonstrated experience in metrics development and deployment
Experience with formalized Organizational Change Management and with change
stabilization
Experience with Stakeholder Analysis and Stakeholder Engagement
Experience with deployment flow charts and/or &swim lane; tools for visualizing
procedures and roles
Expert-level MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
Utility industry experience
