Agile Project Manager - Enduring Solutions

Job Summary

The Agile Project Manager will lead agile projects by managing roadmaps, RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrices, and other agile infrastructure.&

This role involves ensuring adherence to SDLC and IT standards, overseeing design specifications for various solutions, and maintaining project infrastructure in Azure DevOps.&

The Agile Project Manager will provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders while fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams.

(12 month Contract)

Key Responsibilities

Manage the agile project roadmap, RACI, and supporting infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with SDLC and IT standards and requirements.

Oversee design specifications for Microsoft platform solutions, custom solutions, and off-the-shelf platforms in collaboration with suppliers.

Manage the team RACI and maintain Azure DevOps infrastructure for the project.

Provide detailed project updates and status reports to stakeholders during weekly and monthly board meetings.

Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and story refinement.

Promote agile principles and frameworks, including sprint management, story points estimation, and continuous improvement practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Strong knowledge of agile principles and frameworks (e.g., two-week sprints, story refinement and estimation, retrospectives).

Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Project management certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
