- "Agile (Agile Project Manager (APM) is responsible for planning,
- leading, organizing, and motivating Agile project teams,
- Leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level projects
- The projects may consist of multiple Agile teams and require integration with other
- Activities outside the scope of the agile teams.
- Leverages data and metrics to derive insights and continuously identify improvement opportunities.
- Drives these improvement opportunities to fruition
- Be the champion of Agile Software Product development processes within a Value Stream and ensure agile processes are adhered to by teams during product development cycles
- Leads the charge on building community, foster inter-team collaboration and the culture of learning and continuous improvement across the entire Value Stream)
