Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in IT Technical Project Management
- PMP certification is preferred
- Agile Trained Project Manager
- Experience using Waterfall and/or Agile
Job Responsibilities:
- Create project plans with a WBS, task dependencies, schedules and critical path
- Define, estimate, track and report status on tasks
- Maintain the schedule
- Communicate project status to the project team and management
- Lead and/or support requirements elicitation sessions
- Gather and analyze requirements
- Translate needs into requirements
- Develop requirements documentation
- Analyze systems across the development lifecycle
- Help develop data models, interface mapping and systems tests, as prerequired
- Lead projects using Agile methodologies
- Facilitate Scrum meetings
- Create and maintain system roadmaps, project plans and product and release backlogs
- Collect high-level requirements from Product Owners for the Agile team
- Develop and estimate user stories
- Establish acceptance criteria
- Apply Waterfall and Agile best practices
- Advise and assist on strategy planning
