Agile Program Manager - Zachary Piper LLC

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a TS/SCI Cleared AGILE Program Manager to support our United State Space Force on a long-term assignment. The position requires an individual with strong technical project management skills and experience in the space control mission area.

This is a diverse portfolio of 60+ space and ground-based programs valued over $10B to develop, acquire, field, and sustain vital, cutting-edge military space capabilities for our nation’s warfighters, civil space, and allies. This role is based out of El Segundo, CA.

Responsibilities for Program Manager:

·        Provide technical project management support enabling the Government to execute agile programs, oversee software development, and field systems and applications.

·        Establish and define program planning requirements; monitor and report on contractor performance given technical, cost, and schedule objectives.

·        Draft technical evaluations and function as advisor in source selection activities

·        Facilitate and enhance program management and related processes throughout Program Office

Qualifications for Program Manager: 

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience in technical project management, systems engineering, or Agile/DevSecOps software development activities
• Must have an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI. And willing and able to obtain a CI Polygraph

Compensation for Program Manager 

·      $150,000-$180,000 with some flexibility depending on education and seniority.
