Duration: 12+ months on contract with possible extension
Pay Rate: $75/hr

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead complex product teams within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies at scale and the ability to adapt practices to various scenarios. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing cross-functional teams, delivering results, and guiding enterprise-level collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform as an Agilist at both the team and product levels, managing complex products and dependencies.
- Apply and adapt Agile practices to various situations to drive effective outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Deliver executive-level presentations and reports on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Continuously evolve and improve software development processes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Agile program management.
- 4+ years of managerial experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Proven delivery experience, including managing roadmaps, risks, and dependencies.
- Strong financial and business acumen, providing appropriate guidance.
- Experience leading multiple complex product teams across an enterprise.
- Proficiency in Agile software development principles, particularly Scrum.
- Independent, self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through capabilities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
