About the Job
- Work with underwriters to understand the products being brought to market.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to gather and document business requirements and design target operating models.
- Conduct requirements gathering through workshops.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop business cases and project plans that outline the project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Produce project artifacts, including business requirements documents, solution design documents, technical specifications, and project and implementation plans.
- Capture and management of business requirements in ADO for projects delivered using Agile methodology.
- Drive change across the group and support the business units to deliver a range of business change projects so that business benefits are realized.
- Exception reporting (running various reports, highlighting areas of missing data, and following up with the business to resolve the exception).
- Design, execute, and manage testing phases, including writing testing strategies, testing scripts, UAT procedures, and conducting system testing.
- A minimum of 5 years of P&C insurance with at least 3 years as a business analyst.
- Safe Agile experience is needed.
- Hybrid: 2 in, 3 out.
