Responsibilities:
- Agile Transformation Leadership:
- Lead the Agile transformation journey by defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agile adoption.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to cultivate a culture of agility and promote the value of Agile principles and practices.
- Agile Framework Design and Implementation:
- Design and implement Agile frameworks tailored to the organization's needs, considering factors such as team structure, project complexity, and organizational culture.
- Develop and refine Agile processes, ceremonies, and artifacts to optimize efficiency, transparency, and collaboration.
- Coaching and Training:
- Provide coaching and mentorship to teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to build Agile capabilities and foster a shared understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and metrics analysis.
- Identify opportunities to enhance Agile practices, tools, and techniques to maximize value delivery and minimize waste.
- Collaboration and Facilitation:
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication within Agile teams and across the organization.
- Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability by promoting open dialogue and shared ownership.
- Technical Guidance:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on Agile engineering practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and DevOps.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other technical stakeholders to ensure alignment between Agile practices and technical architecture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Practitioner in complex, enterprise-level environments.
- In-depth understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with Agile tools and technologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Agile ALM platforms).
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.
- Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or SAFe Agilist (SA) preferred.
