What You’ll Do: As a key part of our dispatch team, you’ll be the main point of contact for our customers, vendors, and haulers, coordinating orders and ensuring top-notch service at every step. You’ll:

• Process and manage customer orders and inquiries via our dispatch system.
• Strategically select haulers and vendors to provide the best delivery methods and competitive rates.
• Schedule orders and trucks to maximize both efficiency and profitability.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with haulers, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless communication.
• Coordinate callouts, adjust truck demand, and support the entire dispatch process to meet service goals.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education & Knowledge: High School Diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with the Chicagoland & NWI/WI area.
• Experience: 2+ years in dispatch preferred, but not necessary
