We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Agent Training Associate to support the development, implementation, and administration of in-house and online training programs for our field agents. This role will work closely with the training team to ensure the smooth coordination of training sessions, content development, tracking educational records, and supporting agents in achieving their professional designations. The ideal candidate has a strong administrative background with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Responsibilities
The base range for this contract position is $20 - $25/per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Agent Training Associate to support the development, implementation, and administration of in-house and online training programs for our field agents. This role will work closely with the training team to ensure the smooth coordination of training sessions, content development, tracking educational records, and supporting agents in achieving their professional designations. The ideal candidate has a strong administrative background with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for all agent training activities, including coordinating communications, training materials, supplies, diplomas, and eligibility tracking.
- Assist in content development and design for training schools and sessions.
- Serve as producer and co-host for all online schools and virtual training events.
- Gather and evaluate session feedback, make adjustments, and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Assist with exam development and LMS (Learning Management System) reporting, ensuring accurate records in Ingenium.
- Track agent educational records and assist with tracking educational reimbursements.
- Coordinate FIC/F designations, including processing requests for certificates and pins.
- Support administrative tasks for Field Management and Agency programs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Excellent administrative and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with SmartOffice, Ingenium, Kaplan, Agent Portal, KofC University, Survey Monkey, and Kahoot.
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum of 4 years of office experience, preferably within financial services.
- Experience in a training environment.
- Experience in a sales environment
