Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the real estate office.
- Manage incoming checks and support to market center financial administrator.
- Coordinate with real estate agents and support staff to optimize productivity and help create and oversee training calendar.
- Use our CRM system for managing contacts and sending out coorespondence.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the market center’s visibility and attract new agents.
- Assist the Team Leader in recruiting and growth strategies.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues, maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage all incoming calls and agent needs.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Proficiency in real estate software such as MLS, Brivity, CRM systems a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to interact effectively with agents, clients, and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and efficiently handle a variety of roles and responsibilities.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the capability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Proficient in Google Platforms and experience with database management.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment.
- Skills with social media, tech platforms such as canva, etc.
