About the Role
As an Agent Apprentice, youll gain practical experience by working alongside an experienced Farmers Insurance agent. Through hands-on learning, mentorship, and training from the University of Farmers, youll develop the skills and confidence to transition into agency ownership.

Learn the Business: Work with a seasoned agent to gain expertise in sales, marketing, customer service, and agency management.
Build Key Skills: Master client relationship management, business planning, and marketing strategies with expert guidance and training.
Engage Locally: Connect with Long Prairie families and businesses, becoming a trusted advisor and active community member.
Prepare for Ownership: Transition from apprentice to owning and managing your own Farmers Insurance agency with ongoing support from District 54.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
