Our team is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly skilled Agent Contracting Specialist. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a strong background in financial services and licensing to contribute to a leading public-traded company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of back-office operations, and compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
As an Agent Contracting Specialist, you will be expected to:
1. Manage and oversee the contracting process for consulting agents, ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations.
2. Work closely with the back-office team to ensure accurate and timely processing of contracts, payments, and other financial transactions.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services industry trends, licensing requirements, and legal regulations, ensuring the firm's practices remain compliant.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with consulting agents, serving as their primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to streamline contracting processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the financial services or legal industry.
2. Knowledge of financial services industry trends, licensing requirements, and legal regulations.
3. Experience working with back-office operations, including contract processing, financial transactions, and compliance.
4. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with consulting agents and internal teams.
5. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and tasks simultaneously.
6. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
7. Hours for this position are 8-5pm, M-F at the company's office in the Domain area.
