Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels.
- Educate clients on different insurance policies and coverage options.
- Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Customize insurance plans to suit individual clients' circumstances.
- Process policy applications and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing customer service.
- Handle client inquiries, claims, and policy changes promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates.
- Meet sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve organizational objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
