Salary Range: $40000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Obtain your Insurance Producer's licenses in General Lines Property & Casualty, and Life & Health
• Spend 8-12 months in the Protg role (self-paced upon each individual)
• The program will have set sales and growth goals to keep you on track for growth
• Compensated on a monthly base plus commission structure and signing bonus
• Work closely with the Agency Owner to gain an understanding of the Agent Ownership role
• Farmers will provide leads to help generate sales
• Immersed into the Farmer's culture and the insurance industry
• Given the opportunity to work with the Agency owner and the District office to learn the recruiting process

• Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or other related fields is preferred but not required

• Successfully pass a Background Check

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Consultative sales approach

• Strong negotiation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Possess strong management skills
