Salary Range is $45,000 - $75,000 based on experience. Bonuses will also be available for performance up to $12,000 a year.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agency Business Consultant (ABC) to join our Farmers Insurance District Office. Reporting directly to the District Manager, John Sill, the ABC will play a critical role in supporting and consulting with 40+ Farmers Insurance agents in the Alpharetta and surrounding areas. This position is designed for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business growth and operational excellence in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Business Consulting:
Meet with agents virtually, in the field, or at the district office to review their business performance and set actionable goals.
Analyze agency results and provide tailored recommendations to improve production, profitability, and client retention.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop customized training programs for agents and their teams.
Conduct training sessions on various aspects of agency operations, including marketing, sales strategies, and customer service excellence.
Performance Management:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each agent and provide regular reports to the District Manager.
Collaborate with agents to set achievable goals and track progress toward achieving district benchmarks.
Promotions and Incentives:
Implement and manage promotional campaigns set by the district office.
Coordinate achievement awards, bonuses, and other incentive programs to motivate agents and recognize top performers.
Marketing and Business Growth:
Consult with agents on effective marketing strategies to grow their client base in property and casualty, life and health, and financial services for both personal and commercial clients.
Provide guidance on branding, community involvement, and leveraging digital marketing tools.
Operational Support:
Assist agents in staffing decisions, ensuring they build high-performing teams.
Offer insights and solutions for improving daily agency operations and enhancing the client experience.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Must have P&C and L&H license before start date.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in a consulting or leadership capacity.
Proven ability to analyze business performance data and develop actionable strategies for growth.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
