Ag Shipping Supervisor - Gpac

Gpac is working with a diverse ag operation in need of a Shipping Supervisor. This position manages all of the production and shipping operations, including quality control and maintenance. This high-level position will have the opportunity to work with the production team to increase productivity and profitability within the organization. 

Shipping Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise the shipping process, including planning and scheduling of the product
• Manage multiple grading lines and determine high-quality standards
• Ensure good quality product is being produced on time, including strong blending skills
• Manage the operation's layout and make changes as needed for enhanced production
• Execute the policies and goals of the operation effectively

Shipping Supervisor Requirements:

• Experience as a production or manufacturing supervisor, preferably with ag products (row crops, vegetables, etc.)
• Ability to lead a team
• Attention to detail
• Be able to lift 50 lbs
