Ag Diesel Mechanic (Council Bluffs, IA) at Premier Tech Inc

An equipment repair facility in Council Bluffs, IA is immediately seeking experienced Diesel Ag and Heavy Equipment Mechanics.

Pay is based on experience - between $21.50 - $45 /hr with as much (or little) OT as you want. Overtime and Double time opportunities are available!

The Ideal Diesel Mechanic:

• Diagnose and perform preventative maintenance for heavy-duty diesel vehicles and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair all diesel equipment including Class 8 Trucks and Heavy Construction Equipment
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment
• Provide repair and maintenance to diesel and gasoline engines
• Perform maintenance/emergency repairs on the fuel, brake, electrical and transmission systems of diesel trucks
• Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear
• Perform light repairs and minor electrical repairs
• Maintain diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements
