The Loan Officer will be responsible for devel...MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Ag Business/Economics

3-5 years of experience in loan production and financial analysis

Possess knowledge of collateral and legal documentation

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related computer applications is also required

Must be able to work with limited supervision

Professional demeanor as well as effective oral communication and interpersonal skills are essential
